COPING IN UNCERTAIN TIMES

Coping in Uncertain Times

I’m sure you’ve noticed that life on the planet has been a bit rocky, to say the least. Although we’re attempting to “come back to normal,” much has happened to create major uncertainty for us all. The intense and challenging Pluto/Saturn energies we have discussed continue to trigger us, and it’s important to talk about ways to cope, that is, how to ride the waves of transformation without being pummeled by them in the process.

This Pluto/Saturn period is characterized by a sort of “death” and then rebirth, along with feelings of having to struggle because of how hard everything seems to be. The “death part” of this transformation is the challenge. It is human nature to “want to hold on,” while Pluto demands that we let go—to create the space for sweeping transformation to happen. These planets are in Capricorn now, which relates to society and the social structures we have collectively built to date. So, we are going through deep changes both personally and collectively.

Just as the caterpillar in the cocoon dissolves before transforming into a butterfly, we are watching parts of our world seemingly “dissolve” due to forces that suddenly appeared “out of the blue” and seem to be beyond our control and comprehension. If the caterpillar had emotions, like humans do, it would probably “freak out” as it “watched itself” dissolve. It had known itself as a caterpillar, felt inspired to spin a cocoon and stay inside, and then suddenly, its physical structure starts dissolving. That could be pretty scary—if the caterpillar had feelings and wasn’t running on genetically programmed, instinctual behavior.

So, WE are the caterpillars right now, and WE are “dissolving,” that is, many of the structures in our world with which we are familiar and comfortable are dissolving. And some of those structures are up close and personal, e.g., if our company has gone under and our job has disappeared. All kinds of changes are taking place for everyone now, although each of us may be affected in slightly different ways.

Fear has been a huge part of this “global transformation” we are going through. What has been your reaction to this “pandemic”? Have you been “afraid for your life?” Pluto and Saturn together are bringing up a lot of first and second chakra issues: Will I make it through this? Will I have enough to survive? (e.g. toilet paper! Many of us couldn’t get it for a while.) Am I safe here? Do I feel in charge of my world or victimized by it? How am I going to make it from now on?

Work On Your Issues

Consciously deal with the issues you experience, rather than be run by them when they surface. Acknowledge the feelings you’re having. Even take a few minutes, close your eyes, and FEEL them. That’s right. Don’t run away from them. Allow yourself to feel the energy within you, as fully as possible.

Most people don't want to feel what's going on inside and choose to bury themselves themselves in some 3rd dimensional activity. They don’t like what they’re feeling—after all, it makes them feel afraid, or uncomfortable—so they avoid feeling that way at all costs. Not a great coping strategy.

Those feelings stem from old subconscious programming that you have probably been carrying for EONS. And, the more you can feel the energy of whatever you are experiencing inside, the more you can “disappear” that energy. The fear is: if I let myself feel all that negativity, it will overrun me and I’ll feel that way forever, so best not to go there at all; whereas the opposite is true.

The more I let myself feel my feelings—whatever they are, no matter how “negative” they are—the more I can free myself from that energy for all time and space. Without doing this, that energy builds up more and more with time, and can create problems for you on various levels. It’s best to deal with it WHEN you’re feeling it, to avoid this continuous buildup of fear and other negative emotions.

If you can find someone to clear subconscious negativity, that would be a big help at this time. Again, Pluto and Saturn can often overwhelm us so much, that we NEED an expert helping hand to move through it all, and there is nothing wrong with getting that help. Don’t feel like you have to do it all yourself, a common trap for many.

Watch What You Focus On or Energize in Your World

What you focus on expands in your life. That is, whatever you put your attention on, you get more of that energy. I hate to say this, but if you have been “glued to your TV watching the news” throughout this “crisis period,” then what you are energizing in your world is fear, scarcity, limitation and darkness.

The energy that our newscasters and leaders have been broadcasting has been unbelievably toxic. Sure you want to know “what’s going on,” but listening to the “never-ending awful details” of it all is creating so much negativity within you and your life, it’s unreal.

There is something called “bits of consciousness.” We are all given a certain number of these at birth—roughly 15 to 20 thousand—and we create more with consciousness-expanding techniques like meditation. Each bit of consciousness is either positive or negative, depending on our thoughts, attitudes and beliefs, plus all the energy to which we constantly expose ourselves.

If, for example, you go see a horror movie, or one that is all about killing and death, then all that you took in during the movie can change many or most of your positive bits of consciousness to negative, which then will continue to make you feel bad, down, or depressed long after the movie is over. If you have been watching a lot of news during the past few months, you’ve been greatly challenged to keep those bits of consciousness positive.

So, understand this principle, and do your best to put your attention on the positive aspects of life. It doesn’t mean to ignore the negative, particularly when it surfaces from within. Simply don’t FEED the negative, by constantly dwelling on all the “bad things” you perceive in yourself, others, and the world.

Reduce Your Exposure to EMFs

It has been shown that EMFs (electromagnetic fields) and other high-tech frequencies have a damaging effect on the human physiology. Such exposure can create headaches, depression, irritability, immune system problems, and cardiovascular issues. Before 1975 and the advent of satellite TV, we got hit with about forty life-damaging frequencies per day, from a few TV and radio station broadcasts.

Fast forward to 2020, and we get hit by over 300,000 of these negative frequencies PER MINUTE—from our computers, TVs, Smart phones, WiFi, overhead GPS, satellite TV and radio broadcasts, and every other “Smart” device we may own. We all get an incredibly high amount of exposure to these energies, but they are invisible, and many remain clueless about their consequences.

You may get headaches or eyestrain, feel depressed, tired, or listless, and have no clue it has anything to do with the WiFi network broadcasting 24/7 in your home, the Smart phone you keep with you all the time, or the frequencies being broadcast in your car while you are driving.

For most Americans, that exposure has more than doubled with all the “stay at home” communicating we’ve been doing since “the crisis” hit. Every time your image is on an electronic media, this further weakens your energy field and creates problems in your physical body. How many more times have you used FaceTime or Zoom to communicate with loved ones in the past few months?

Of course you wanted to stay in touch with friends and family during the challenging and isolating times we’ve been through, but your exposure to the high-tech frequencies has increased dramatically. It is so important to figure out how to protect yourself from all these detrimental energies, or at least do all you can to reduce your exposure.

As strange as it may sound, you could go back to using a landline and use your cell as a backup for emergencies. You could ask whoever installed your WiFi to make it so that you could turn it off at night while you sleep. You could unplug your TV and turn off your computer at night, to reduce the detrimental frequencies filling your space while you sleep. You could also choose not to purchase any additional “Smart” devices or appliances, which only add more high-tech frequencies to the “electromagnetic soup” you live in every day.

Life on the planet has its challenges, to say the least, but there are ways to successfully ride that huge wave of transformation upon us all, and create more stability, peace, and happiness in your life. There is always a positive and uplifting side to transformation that is most welcomed and potentially joy-producing.
